What a way to start the week. Yay, I finally got Project64 1.6 to work on my computer. For months, I've been trying to figure out why Project64 (Nintendo 64 emulator) have been posting the same annoying error over and over again. Well, all I needed to do was to check the video configuration of the emulator and voila, it worked. I can't believe how simple the problem was and how stupid I am to let it pass for a few months. That happens when you let disappointment and frustration catch up on you first before looking for a solution. :SM001:

I can't help but smile as soon as I played the games that I grew up to. Super Mario 64.. Legend of Zelda.. Rareware's Banjo Kazooie. God, it almost brought me to tears. :D

Yes, it’s confirmed: The Eraserheads are reuniting after many years of being apart, not for good but only for one show slated for Aug. 30 at the CCP Open Grounds.

According to the STAR source, all the original members (photo) are performing — Ely Buendia, Buddy Zabala, Marcus Adoro and Raimund Marasigan.

This piece of good news should make the Eraserheads fans very happy.

Said to be the ‘greatest Pinoy band,’ the Eraserheads will sing all their hit songs, including Alapaap, Toyang and Ang Huling El Bimbo.

Alright I'm bored. As usual. I should be hitting the sheets right now but what the heck, I still want to write.. and here I am writing non sense.

Anyway, while browsing the Sherdog Forums, one exact thread caught my eye. And it's the thread that's comparing the UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Forrest Griffin to our very own, WBC World Lightweight Champion Manny Pacquiao (Read thread here) I think it's fucking ridiculous. I'm a big fan of both but the comparison is really absurd. You don't have to read the comments to know the sentiments of the Sherdog memebers (Prolly one of the biggest MMA Forums in the WORLD) I'll just gladly narrow it down to a few sentences for you because I'm thinking the same way too.

Forrest Griffin is nowhere near Manny Pacquiao's explosiveness, power and speed. Sure, they are both Champions and they are both exciting.. but that's it. And that's why the thread starter took so much heat from the members of that forum, it's just an absurd comparison.. that goes to show you how much Manny has gained the respect of the people all over the world.

Anyway, I'm broke. Fuck that. I have only 20 pesos on my wallet and I have lots of places to go tomorrow. Holy crap, here's me hoping for a miracle.

Alright, this is an entry out of randomness. This news just came... I SLEPT EARLY LAST NIGHT! Well yeah, like you guys fucking care. Anyway, I really don't have anything to talk about.. last week was a real bummer. I've written three articles for HooPH and that's the most productive thing I did last week (If you'd include drinking my ass away in last Saturday's Hifi night out then fine)

Speaking of last Saturday's night out, well, it was a real awkward night for me. I dunno, I just felt awkward all night long. It's a real weird feeling but anyway, it was a fun night as usual minus all the awkwardness that's involved in it.

I need a new PL Plug and something like a converter so that it would fit into my sound card. Need to test the new amplitube since I don't have an amplifier right now.

One for the holidays

Before I begin, I just want to greet you guys a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Time check, 2:26. I just came home from my former classmate's house and met up my old HS pals. Man, it was great to see them again. I miss those guys. We were just laughing all evening like we were so damn high.. oh wait, we weren't high, are we? Oh well, it was nice talking about our old HS antics, how we cut are classes during Math time, how we were making fun of our English teacher Mr Capili, how we broke the Air Conditioner and the lab table and all those other things that we did way back when we were at Highschool. I hope there'd be a time where all of us would be sitting in one classroom, taking the same lesson and making fun of our teachers.

Oh and yeah, can someone remind me that tomorrow is Christmas? I've always seem to forget it. I don't know, I'm more excited for the next UFC event than Christmas this year. And since it's time for wishlists, I have but one Christmas wish this year and you all know what that is :D

Again, Merry Christmas people, I'm going to post a separate Christmas entry tomorrow. Stay nice guys or else...

Quick Update

My computer memory is fucking broken. And what a time for it to fuck up, I have papers, research materials and other academic things to do. And oh boy, I'm really fucking pissed off.

Enough of that, let's talk about other things. Yesterday, I went to greenhills to buy myself a new pair of leather shoes, on the way there, in the MRT, I saw an old woman standing. So without thinking twice, I took the liberty to give my seat to her and everyone was looking at me like what the fuck did I do? Have those guys forgotten the old traits of a "maginoong Pinoy"? And yes, a group of old women entered the train in the next station and no one cared to give their seats to them. That's fucking great guys, fucking great.

Oh by the way, can somebody please inform the ABS CBN sports management that Dianne Castillejo doesn't know shit about boxing. It's getting reaaaaaaally fucking annoying to hear her voice every time I watch a fight in ABS CBN.

Cut the crap, let me talk

It's 3:30 in the morning and why am I still awake? two things, I'm downloading the ninth episode of Heroes and my crappy net speed is keeping me from doing the said task quickly.

If you guys are ever wondering why you haven't been receiving my daily crappy jokes then I have the perfect answer for you. My phone's not working. Don't worry, I still check my sim every once and a while, thanks to my brother's phone so... I'm still going to recieve your messages, medyo matagal lang ang replies. Haha

Come to think of it, this has been a busy week for me so far. Been stuck in English essays, Phil History papers and of course, Math Problems for the past of couple of days. I need to take them all seriously now if I want to shift next year. I need to shift. I can't stand the word Math on my schedule!

God, my body clock needs some serious revamp. I can't go on taking 3 to 4 hours of sleep every night and 3 to 5 hours sleep during afternoons. But.. what can I do? Can't help it.

I can't write anymore. I apologize for another crappy entry. Til then.

Holy virgin Mary on a bicycle, I'm flunking Math this Semester. I'm now looking for the right lines, the right set of words to tell it to my parents. Although there's still the final examinations but, I think I have to answer all the items correctly in the exam in order to pass. I don't think that's going to happen anyway so what the hell? Better luck next time, the Lord knows I tried, but I fell short.

I'm a bit (yeah right, liar) excited about the upcoming sem break. I have lots of things on my mind, I need to lose weight, relax for a bit and do other things that I can't do during school days (GO 20!) so yeah, I'm only a week from finishing this Sem, so goodluck fucktard.

This sem's final battle will occur next week, so grab your pens, polish it and get ready for battle. For in that day, we'll take our lunch in hell guys. Goodluck :D

Midnight Rumblings

It's 1:40 am, I should be going to sleep now. But then again, maybe not.

Anyhoo, I still have three more exams on my schedule. Math 101 later then Logic and ICS 6 (Lab) on Friday. My brain needs some serious reformatting, thanks to the unexpected 6-day break, I'm out of my system.. yet again. Oh well, I better pull my ways together if I want to pass the remaining examinations.

Another thing, my big day is coming and I didn't even notice it. Must be a sign of age, goddamit, my life's been moving so fast, I almost forgot I'm turning 17 next week. The stress called life is taking its toll on me and believe me, you don't want to get caught inside it.

I wish I was a kid again, way back when I was 7 or 8, back when I am free of worrying, free from those stupid formulas, free from the curse called you know what (If you didn't get it, there's no harm in asking) and ugh, free from the prison that I've unconsciously locked myself in. Well, life's so much better back then, wherein the only thing I'd worry about is how I'll finish Super Mario 64 or how Ginebra will fare on their upcoming games. Those were the days, but the keyword there is the word "were".

Well, I guess there's no sense in looking at the "What used to be" things because you'll never get anywhere if you abide in the past. Try to look forward in the "What's gonna be" and maybe we'll end up smiling again.

A wise man once said "In order to go through it, you have to step on it" well I say, Fuck it, just go with the flow and enjoy it.
